Imported German malts give this modern Festbier a subtle sweetness. Lighter in body than a Marzen and deep gold in color with aromas of toasted grains. Crisp, crackery malt flavor balanced by German noble hop flavor and aroma. Smooth and highly drinkable.
As it was forbidden to brew in summer, a stronger beer – the Märzen – was brewed earlier in March. It would finally be served at the Oktoberfest, under the “Heaven of Bavaria.” We have returned once again to the age-old recipe and recreated that gloriously smooth, honey-coloured piece of history from times gone by.
Oktoberfest-style Beer. A rich, copper-colored Munich-style fest beer. Malty and medium-bodied, Penn Oktoberfest features nutty, toasty, slightly roasted, and caramel characteristics with a well-balanced hop bitterness. One of our most popular brews.
Franz is our Oktoberfest beer. He’s an autumnal brew, a bit of a dreamer, often hikes in the Alps and comes back with great ideas for delicious malts and is forever hoisting barrels over his head for ’ze exercize’. Franz is our Oktoberfest brau, and our first take on a German brew. Not traditional, but über German. These malts will PUMP you UP, jaaah!
We may not be from Germany, but we still know how to have a good time during Oktoberfest. Come raise a stein with us and celebrate the best part of fall - the return of our favorite OctoberFest beer. Hearty and smooth, this märzen is made for leaf peeping, tailgates, and everything in between.
Friendship and camaraderie: the two keys to any festive event. And then there’s the beer. It should be full-bodied, yet infinitely smooth. Seductively malty, with a kiss of the hops for balance. This is our Festbier. Painstakingly crafted from German malts, decoction brewed for full flavor and carefully aged for depth of character. Gather with your friends for a festive moment of Victory!
With a brilliant, deep copper hue and creamy beige-colored head, our Fall Hornin’ Pumpkin Ale has inviting aromas of caramelized malt and baking bread with highlights of cinnamon, nutmeg, pumpkin and seasonal spices. The pleasantly creamy mouthfeel and silky body embrace the sweet caramel flavors and tang of spices (with just hint of hops) that ends in a smooth, round finish.
With aromas of bourbon, cinnamon, ginger and clove—Great’er Pumpkin’s warm spices and full malt body are perfect counterparts. Great’er Pumpkin is not only made with real pumpkin, but is also aged in bourbon to add subtle notes of oak, vanilla, and of course, bourbon. Skip the pumpkin patch and crack one open—we won’t tell.
We decided to add some locally produced cold-pressed Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla to our most popular seasonal– O’Fallon Pumpkin. The vanilla adds another layer of flavor to the “pumpkin pie” theme of this amber ale and balances well with the cinnamon, nutmeg and clove. It tastes like a slice of pumpkin pie with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on it!
Jack-O's cinnamon and nutmeg aromas recall memories of fresh baked pumpkin pie. It has the ideal balance of seasonal spices with a crisp, refreshing finish. This pumpkin ale pairs perfectly with the transition of summer into cooler days and nights.
The King of Pumpkins is back! This 8.0% ABV pumpkin ale is heartier, spicier and more “caramelly” and “pumpkiny” than its faint brethren!
We've added lots of pumpkin along with cinnamon, nutmeg and a touch of cardamom and clove, giving this beer a spicy, full-bodied flavor.
Private Reserve Pumpkin is a rare and limited run cider that features pumpkin in its most pure form. No spices, no frills, just delicious pumpkin. The naked pumpkin profile plays perfectly against the red culinary apple varieties used in this cider. It is a unique cider that is unlike any other on the market.
Named for its velvety smooth, creamy texture, this incredibly rich stout is brewed with 10 different specialty roasted malts chosen that impart notes of rich mocha and espresso. Dark and sweet tones intermingle with a soft, roasty finish.
Taking inspiration from the traditional Indian beverage ‘Golden Milk,’ this Imperial Cream Ale is brewed with an oat cream base using a blend of equitably sourced, single-origin spices from our pals at Burlap and Barrel in NYC. That spice blend includes a complex mingling of vanilla beans, ginger, turmeric, star anise, cardamom and cinnamon.
The result? An 8% ABV creamy concoction that’s chock full of sweet and spice, and everything nice.
Consistently delivered faster than any bottled IPA on the planet, Stone Enjoy By IPA facilitated a paradigm shift in respect for and enjoyment of hoppy beers by ensuring craft beer fans the ultimate level of freshness.
